Card on file required. No charges unless policies are violated.
Late Arrivals
10-minute grace period. After that, appointment may be shortened or canceled.
Cancellations
24-hour notice required. Same-day cancellations = 50% fee.
No-Shows
Charged 100% of service.
Refunds
No refunds. Contact within 48 hours for fixes.
Fix Policy
3-day fix window for Gel-X, acrylic, and builder gel.
Guests
No extra guests or children unless being serviced.
Health & Safety
Services may be refused for safety reasons.
